And the Nicholas Sparks tradition continues
As Entertainment Weekly pointed out in a Facebook post today, there are three ways to spot a Nicholas Sparks movie: (1) The use of sunset-y scenes (2) A wet kiss (3) A significant letter. ‘The Notebook’ has all three characteristics, ‘Dear John’ has all three, ‘The Last Song’ has all three and the newly released ‘The Lucky One’ even has all three.
Well, I guess Nicholas Sparks movies have one more characteristic in common: (4) a hunky leading man—Ryan Gosling, Channing Tatum, Liam Hemsworth and Zac Efron.
Hey, Mr. Nicholas Sparks, cast me in your next book-based movie, please!!
Now, these are the only Nicholas Sparks movies I have watched. Reblog or answer below if you can spot these Spark-eristics in his other films.
So, what other Nicholas Sparks movies have y’all seen that contain these Spark-eristics?
NICHOLAS SPARKS.
